Service Charge & Tips Policy The service charge at 13.5% is discretionary and ensures that all the team from all departments are paid fairly and not less than the London Living Wage 100% of the service charge is distributed fairly amongst the team. Tips are voluntary and should you wish to show added appreciation for the service you received from the team, there is a facility to do this on the credit card machine. Again all tips go directly to the staff and distributed fairly.
